Resident JS : I really liked the fact that he has the option to return to his room for a bit of peace and quiet and privacy. He likes that the building is warm & dry and that the staff make a lovely cup of tea.

Resident AS: likes that she is made to feel very welcome by both staff and residents. She added that everyone is very friendly and smiley. Also, said she likes keeping busy and likes doing arts and crafts and loves it when we have music on for a sing and a dance.

Resident JS : likes that she has the opportunity to go out on shopping trips In the community. JS also said that she likes that the residents get a say in what activities are done and she enjoys helping to plan any activities such as planting flowers and making the home look nice. JS also stated that she likes most of the staff, especially Helina and how she's always very helpful towards her. Finally, JS said one of her favourite things about Primrose Villa is the cook's jam and cream scones.

Resident SL: said she likes the positioning of her bedroom within the home. She enjoys being able to 'watch the world go by' through her big window. SL also said that she likes the friendships she's been able to build at Primrose Villa. SL also stated that she enjoys being part of certain activities and likes to be involved in planning things when possible, just like planning to make our garden look nice, then helping to plant the flowers. SL also said that she likes how some members of staff are very helpful and quick to assist her if needed.

Resident RE: feels he gets well looked after at Primrose Villa. He says 'staff are here to do a job and they do it perfectly and with a smile'. RE said he couldn't think of a single complaint.

JS- Meals are excellent here, just like being at home. I love chatting to the other residents and I never feel lonely ! every week we have nice flowers all around the home.

CG- looks and smells very homely here, staff are great and nothing is ever too much for them ! Primrose Villa, was recommended tome by a friend, so glad they did !

DC - my bedroom has been decorated to the lovely colours that I chose. So glad I picked Primrose Villa !

LD- Very happy that I chose Primrose villa, staff are great, food is exceptional. Love film nights and activities !

WS- I love talking to my daughter via the iPad, feel like she is only down the road ! Looking forward to the nice weather soI can sit in the sunshine.

JJ- I have only been here three weekend the staff have made me feel so welcome ! Food is great and I feel home from home.

BD- Staff very friendly Food is great ! Enjoy the activities I have made new freinds I like to have a smoke, so a staff member will come and have a smoke with, so I am not by myself, we have a great chat !

TS-I not been here long but I like it and the meals are very good, pus i have choice of meals !

LD- I was originally staying for a few weeks but with this virus I am staying longer but tell you truth I want stay here permanent as I only be on my own at home, at least I got company here and staff are fantastic !!

FP - I like it here I have made friends and staff help me, food is very good.

SL - Yes I like it here that is why I decided to stay and give my bungalow up, I get everything done for me meals, medication doctor visits and staff are excellent and very helpful.

BD- I did not want come at the beginning as it was coming towards Christmas, then I nagged at the manager (Jackie) to help me stay [ laughing] as my social worker said I could manage at home with a care package but I would have been lonely. fantastic !

JS- I been here a while now, and I love it , I can go into the village and do my shopping, staff help me if I ever need them but I am very independent and can do things myself apart from my medication. Home from Home.

GT, I am now a permanent resident at Primrose Villa and very happy to say this is now my home.

DC, I am happy at Primrose Villa and love my room since it has been decorated.

JS, I have been at Primrose Villa for 2yrs and I am very happy, the staff are great, nothing is too much for them. The cook is magnificent too.!

JS, I am happy that Primrose Villa is now my home, love the home cooked meals. On certain days when the weather is good I am able to go out into Standish town centre, its only down the road and do a spot shopping!

AJ, I have been at Primrose Villa since 2016 and I am very happy here. In the summer i love to sit in the nice lawned rear garden, I sometimes have my cup of tea there too.

LS, I am very settled at Primrose Villa and all the staff are so kind and caring its a good home. The cooking is amazing !!
